Panda Express in Visalia

“Called in 2 family meals but only had time to give them about an hour. They accepted the order but ended up providing about 20 minutes after agreed pick up time. Restaurant was clean and customer service over the phone and while paying were all really good. They forgot my forks and napkins. I wish I could give this a 4.5. Overall a good experience.“

“I came in today after being on vacation in Yosemite National Park and constantly having to endure poor hospitality skills on their end.
Here, it was much different. Here, I was greeted by a welcoming smile, a friendly attitude and an employee who knew what customer service is supposed to look like. Thankfully Danny was the person who greeted us as we entered.
We wanted to try the Buffalo Spicy chicken and Danny gave us a sample. Then Danny began to sing its praise in spice and taste. When my son and I agreed on how good it was, he offered to make us a fresh batch. We both had a serving of the Spicy Buffalo Chicken and it was due to Danny's prompting of this new Spicy item. We loved it !

“We had a pleasant dining experience at this Panda Express. The food was excellent, and the service was adequate. There was only one person taking orders and multiple staff members, so I did feel like there could be some improvements in speed of service.
P.S, don't sleep on the super greens! They have a great garlicy seasoning.“
