“Walked in to place an order to go. The owner was very quick to welcome us and have a friendly conversation about the weekend. He told us about the menu which was full of great items. It was such a wholesome place with great people working there. Took the Pulled Pork hotdog to my mom who absolutely loved it! I'm definitely coming here for my next lunch spot!“

“I came from Fresno to taste the tea here! It was worth it & it was super tasty. Great experience & friendly customer service. I love the Mango Green Milk Tea w/boba 80% sweet. My sis got the Peach Kiwi Green Tea with Aiyu Jelly & she loves it. The drinks aren't too sweet. I always opt in for semi sweet drinks cuz I dnt like anything too sweet & I found the right place. “My husband and I love this place! We go every week just to beat this heat and to eat their delicious soft shaved ice! The workers here are very friendly as well and fast. Great prices. The only thing I recommend is more shade or water sprayers cause it’s so hot where the sit down area is.. other than that, perfect business. ♥️“

“MONICA, this 5 star review is for you! I walked in today to pick up a DoorDash order and the employee had me fill the drink. When I realized there wasn’t any ice, I asked another employee (“M”) if there was any ice for the customers soda. He said no. I asked if it could be replaced with a cold drink from the cooler. He said no, it’s against policy. I told him I wasn’t okay taking a warm soda to the customer. I looked at the address and could see I was delivering to her work. He shrugged and said there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to the manager. He went through the back doors and came back out not saying anything to me. In the meantime, MONICA who appeared to be trying to take a lunch at a table eating her sandwich got up and said she would go get some ice. I asked “M” if a manager was coming. He said, “She’s busy.” I said, “Can you please let her know I need to speak with her?” He went back to the doors and out came the manager. She explained their ice machine is broken. I explained I understand that, but to take OUR customer a warm soda is such a poor customer service. I said it should be replaced with a cold drink from the cooler in this case. I told her “M” was absolutely no help and “this poor girl trying to have some lunch got up from eating and is taking care of the problem.” At this time MONICA came in with some ice in which she came straight to me and I filled the customers cup with ice. So, MONICA, thank YOU for providing excellent customer service. I hope one day you’re a manager somewhere because you’ve got “it” and I appreciate you so much.“

It’s not their fault it’s just the way it is at the moment. As far as service goes, it all depends on who’s working. If Kristin (owner)is there you are going to get great service. She wants you to return. She gets it. Unfortunately if Renee (owner)is there service can vary depending on who’s in the restaurant. She seems to be very chatty; and that’s the problem. She forgets shes working and service suffers. We will drive up, look in the window to see who’s working. It’s gotten that bad.“

Last timem we ate itwas very fatty. Things arenot always right but we usually love the tri tip and beans.
They were out of beans and other things right before The mac & cheese was very dry. But two other sides were awful. Those are all I want a refund for. l
12 or more minutes of wIting, another 5 people takenahead of me,I am still writing this.
Don't go right at closing. Best brand and rice. Almost always great meat.they me new sides.“

I have had some specific issues with orders being completed incorrectly, but they are super on top of it and fix the issues with no complaints whatsoever. Baristas really do a service to the public and these specific ones deserve all the respect.“

“My wife and I went shopping at the mall in Visalia and were starving so we stopped in the food court to eat. We were a bit early but a young man by the name of Andrew at Charlie’s Cheese Steak was more than happy to open up a few minutes early to prepare our food. Not only was he polite and professional but he gave great service and went out of his way to accommodate us and prepare our food!!!!
