“I wouldn’t go anywhere for fried chicken in the high desert. Way better than the traditional competitors. Your chicken is always made to order along with any sides you order. Accordingly, if you place an order on site, be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes. I suggest calling ahead or ordering through door dash to avoid an unnecessary waiting. I can’t speak to their seafood options. Their chicken and sides are always on point.“

“I tried to call to order but could not get through (It is New Years Day and I figured that a lot of places will be busy). Luckily my dad volunteered to just order in person and wait. Let me tell you guys that Gridiron never disappoints. The guy that was working tonight seemed to be working by himself and was taking the orders and making the food.
