The food is amazing can't deny that, but from observing each time I've entered the store I notice the there is one person rushing all the employees telling them to pick up the pace as she stands there walking back and forth with nothing in hand getting frustrated because her team isn't moving as fast as she wants them to, but it was 1 person on the line and someone else making food so they could have food. Waited for 45min in the drive thru before I got my food. Items were missing. The only good thing about this location was the girl that helped me out after my order was messed up. I didn't catch her name but she was amazing. I give her alone 5stars.

This was a terrible experience.I ordered my food online from this place. They told me the dinner wasn't ready when I got there at 6:35 p.m., even though it was supposed to be delivered at 6:30 p.m. In response to my inquiry about the delay, they assured me that the chicken would be crispy and offered me the option to cancel if I preferred.
