Little Caesars Pizza offers a variety of pizzas at a good value, with the deep dish being a popular choice. The restaurant has a friendly and helpful team, including standout employees like Kumari and Marissa. While they cannot accommodate dietary restrictions such as gluten-free or cauliflower crust, customers can enjoy their pizza puffs, which are described as cheesy, meaty, and thick-crusted. Overall, Little Caesars provides a pleasant dining experience with good food and attentive service.
Many customers find the location is always busy, especially with the pizza being fresh and ready, but sometimes they need to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for the regular pizzas on sale. The deep dish pepperoni pizza is often enjoyed and considered pretty good, though some feel that other parts of their order, like crazy bread and dipping sauces, are not worth the price or quality anymore. For example, the crazy cheesy bread with a crazy dipping sauce is still the same price but has become smaller and less flavorful, leading to disappointment.
Service can vary depending on the staff member. Some customers have experienced long waits and rude behavior from employees during shift changes, where they felt ignored or not properly acknowledged. However, when a nice staff member was available, the service was quick and friendly, making the experience better. Overall, Little Caesars offers good pizza and pizza puffs, but customers sometimes face delays and inconsistent service.
