I was there when they were slammed and busy getting taunted by customers getting disrespected by customers yet both cashiers managed to keep themselves professional. The fast food chain business gets pretty busy and at times it can be intimidating. I give them a five star for always being professional to their customers even though they are yelled at which I see often they maintain professionalism“
“I've been going to the cross eyed cow for over ten years and it never disappoints! Fantastic food, wonderful and attentive service, the atmosphere is something you can't find anywhere else in the high desert and their efforts toward improving our community truly makes the cow deserving of the best in the high desert title. “Quaint little place, we found in Hesperia. I have to give them five stars. It is very small, but large in the welcoming atmosphere. I honestly can't say enough about the customer service. We absolutely love to find places where the customer service is equally as wonderful as the food. Now let's get to the food. We had a salad, cheese bread, a Hawaiian pizza, and a meat, lovers pizza. Everything was pipen hot and delicious. This was not a thick pizza. This was a just right crusted pizza. Perfect!“

“We have been coming to this location for a long time. There is a guy who works there - I'm pretty sure he is the owner. There are a few things about owning your business, you have to believe in your product, and you have to love what you do. THis guy demonstrates these things daily for a long time. He puts out a great product every time. and when you watch him making the Pizza he is really nailing it! not just going through the motions - each one is one of his creations, he looks at, and looks very prideful of what he is making. “Found love here, I couldn’t have asked for more, I worked here passing through jobs and met a waitress who I’m going to marry. The story wasn’t always great at times, but everything I have I owe to this job.. The owner’s name is Sam and he’s a great pizza maker and boss, his wife Rita literally makes the greatest desserts and pastas that they sell in store. For anyone who thinks I’m bias (which I am) if I didn’t meet my wife here I’d still eat here. Lol great homemade food! “I won't leave a bad review to pizza guys. It wouldn't be fair to them. STOP before you order food from this app. Call pizza guys directly or go online. That is what they told me on the phone. This app hands off the delivery to grub hub. During the handoff my order was changed from delivery to takeout. I paid and I waited. Food never arrived. Now an hour after the delivery time the app said it is ready for pickup. They close in 20 minutes and I live 40 minutes away. I called the number on the app and this is the time I knew it was grub hub. They refused to refund the money. The did offer to refund the 10% tip. That made me furious mad because the girl on the phone kept saying "I" choose delivery. And she was doing me a favor with the $4 refund. DONOT ORDER FROM THIS APP! You may be one of the many victims by their GRUBBY business practice.“
“I went on Halloween night. I had ordered ahead on the app. I walked in, and they were slammed busy and understaffed. There was a line, but when I got to the register, they thankfully had my food ready, and I didn't have to wait around like the other people inside. This day was exceptionally busy due to the holiday, so I cut them slack at the number of upset customers still waiting for their food.“

“i worked here so i can give an interesting point of view. for starters this is probably one of the cleanest stores in the high desert. all the managers know what they are doing and have been working here for a long time. angel, the head manager here can run that place alone, practically blind folded with her hands tied behind her back. so therefore i feel a little bad for whoever takes her place when she decides to leave for a higher paying job. it would be more than fair to say all the mangers here deserve a BIG pay raise. this papa johns even has a world class box folder here who folds almost all the boxes here and hes practically holding the world record for pizza box folding. the only negative thing i would want to say is i have respect for this person but he needs to grow as a person and learn to respect people in general. NICK who is a driver, drives the gray/silver F150 he shouldn't be working for the public especially in food service. dont mean to throw him under the bus but the wheels are turning.“
“I took a chance on this place one night because, I was tired of the same old pizza around me. Best decision I ever made concerning pizza. The pizza isn't dry at all with plenty of delicious sauce and cheese, the toppings are well placed and plentiful, the wings are delicious and crispy, the Italian Salad is amazing.
