“I would like to recognize Ruben and the entire team at Shakey’s Pizza in Victorville for their outstanding customer service and hospitality.

Our team recently held a small work gathering at the restaurant, A few weeks ago and despite the large graduation crowds and how busy they were, Ruben and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They treated our group like royalty, ensuring we were comfortable, taken care of, and had everything we needed throughout our visit.

What impressed me most was their professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail during such a hectic time. It’s easy to provide good service when things are slow, but it takes a truly dedicated team to deliver exceptional service when the restaurant is packed.

“We’ve had some disappointing takeout experiences in the past (with other restaurants) so we weren’t expecting much this time. But D’Cerboni’s Ciao House truly surprised us! The food was presented beautifully—just as if we were dining in—which made us feel like we were getting our money’s worth.

Everything tasted amazing: fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions (we even had enough leftovers for lunch the next day!). Kudos to the cooks and the entire team for delivering such a wonderful experience.

“Honestly out of every Italian restaurant in the high desert I can 110% confirm this restaurant is THE best there it. The food was made with the most love I've ever tasted and had to save some for home. The wait time is nothing to complain about when they are making absolute perfection in the kitchen. The environment is nice and relaxing and gives a homey vibe. I would absolutely recommend the chicken fettuccine and garlic knots as this restaurant is worth every single penny spent. I plan to tell everyone I know about this place and you should too as I Promise they will never let you down on their food quality.“

“It's one of those days where you just need an easy grab it and go dinner so I just went in Too little Caesars because I remember the excellent customer service I had on my last visit. To my pleasant surprise, Danielle was there to greet me with a smile again. She is so friendly, she was patient while exciting l explaining the new name for the extra most bestest . Going into the store has been a positive experience both times so I don't believe that they have a fair rating. I know people can get a little cranky when they're hungry or maybe there "hot and ready" wasn't ready. I funny believe for one moment it's based on the customer service or the food that I've gotten here because both are top notch. Thank you Danielle again for a very positive experience. I am literally using talk to text as I drive away from this Little Caesars. My service was so exceptional that I didn't even want to wait until I returned home to write this review. I was helped by a woman named Danielle, she not only helped me in the store she actually answered a phone call prior to my arriving. She was so friendly on the phone, I knew I would have a a good experience I even walked into the location. And when I got to the store her customer service skills were out of this world. The guests before me was not super friendly but Danielle handled it like a champ. I definitely will be returning to this particular store. I am new to the area, I always try to support places that know how to hire people with good personalities. Thanks again Danielle you are a single-handedly the reason I will be coming back to this store.. Yes,I have not eaten yet, yes I am aware that I maybe should have waited. I'm guessing with how good the food smells along I with how all team members seem to be happy working there, I'm I'm feeling quite confident that I'm not going to be disappointed.

No long wait, no hassle—just in and out like it’s supposed to be.
