“I had lunch here with the family recently. First impression was good the place was clean and the seating is comfortable. The staff was very friendly and greeted us as we came in. They have a pretty good variety on the menu. The falafel plate was really good. Also recommend the chicken and rice bowl. The only negatives for me is that my food was brought out at least 10 minutes before anyone else got theirs. I think most would agree that the food comes out when the entire order is ready. Also charged 3 bucks for water. I feel like that should have been disclosed ahead of time. Both of these are minor issues to me and I would not hesitate to eat here again.“

“The Nick Nack BBQ shack is a food truck usually stationed at Glen Helen Raceway. From what I have seen, they are open during race weekends for breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner.I've been here quite a bit and I've never had any issues. Robert and Kim do an excellent job making delicious authentic smoked barbecue for an unbeatable price. I was just there yesterday for lunch and everything was amazing.I would usually go for their Loaded Nachos but I decided to go with the #1 my last visit. The #1 is there slow smoked baby back ribs with their house rub. It comes with a roll and a side of your choice. You also get to choose if you want your ribs mild or spicy.The food doesn't take long to come out at all. When my food did come out it looked quite amazing for it coming from a food truck. My basket had a large amount of tender and juicy ribs soaked in their barbecue sauce. There was a huge amount of there seasoned fries which I got as my side. The taste of it all was phenomenal.If you are ever in the area looking for quick delicious smoked barbecue I would definitely recommend you stop by because this food truck is definitely worth it.“
“We have been coming to this location for a long time. There is a guy who works there - I'm pretty sure he is the owner. There are a few things about owning your business, you have to believe in your product, and you have to love what you do. THis guy demonstrates these things daily for a long time. He puts out a great product every time. and when you watch him making the Pizza he is really nailing it! not just going through the motions - each one is one of his creations, he looks at, and looks very prideful of what he is making. This app hands off the delivery to grub hub. During the handoff my order was changed from delivery to takeout. I paid and I waited. Food never arrived. Now an hour after the delivery time the app said it is ready for pickup. They close in 20 minutes and I live 40 minutes away. I called the number on the app and this is the time I knew it was grub hub. They refused to refund the money. The did offer to refund the 10% tip. That made me furious mad because the girl on the phone kept saying "I" choose delivery. And she was doing me a favor with the $4 refund. DONOT ORDER FROM THIS APP! You may be one of the many victims by their GRUBBY business practice.“

“THE WORLD DOES NOT DESERVE ESMERALDA!!! SHE IS AN ANGEL!!! It was just before closing and she brought my son's meal out to our car right as he had thrown up all over himself and all over our car. She saw what was happening and came back with napkins and a plastic bag, she asked if we needed anything else and she then offered us water as well...I was so grateful. There is nothing more stressful than having your toddler vomit all over the car at 10pm on a road trip. I don't know what I would have done without Esmeralda's kind gesture. “The food was great. I did not care for the fact that my name was taken so that the cook can yell my name when my food is ready for pick up. I was given the vibrating buzzer yet my name was called out. Also, please provide trays if I have to go up to a counter to pick up my food. It is very very inconvenient to carry food, in multiple trips, to my table.“
“Kid-friendliness: When they dropped the kids meal ice cream off that I was going to have my two kids split, they came back a few minutes after with a free second ice cream so they could each have their own. Even with being super busy and crowded, they went out of their way to serve that. WOW.“
