Sakura is a hidden gem! From the outside this place often looks empty which is actually the best part, since you can almost always choose a table by the window. The food is fantastic and the sashimi and sushi is always very fresh! Michelle and Sunny always welcome customers with a smile and take excellent care of us. If you get a chance, try the lamb chops appetizer too. If you are looking for the best Japanese food in Alameda, this is the spot!
