As a Taiwanese I was a bit disappointed. The “Taiwanese” cuisine (stinky tofu, hotpot etc) were nothing like what I had in Taiwan. The space is clean.

Don’t come here expecting authentic Taiwanese flavors. Nothing we ordered came close. The hot pot tasted artificial, almost chemical, and the ingredients didn’t match the price point. The deep fried stinky tofu was disappointing, and all the fried appetizers were plain, underwhelming, greasy, and served in small portions. The only decent dish was the deep fried pork chop with braised pork rice, which was just okay. We left almost angry, given the quality of food we received compared to the amount of cash we paid. Their dessert was fine.

If you’re coming here for the hot pot, beware it’s not authentic hot pot. The atmosphere felt more like a boba shop than a restaurant. The appetizers were the best part of the meal. The staff were kind but unfortunately the food was just not it.

I've dined in 3 times so far and this recent time I came with a group of 7! Super friendly and the food came out quickly. If you love stinky tofu, get this hotpot and the fried stinky tofu. At the end of the meal, they give you a scratch card for some goodies!

Huge menu of hotpot, dessert, and boba. Clean interior and the perfect spot to catch up with friends and family

In the bay area, you can find a lot similar or franchise, but this one is unique in Alameda so far.
Street parking only, but public parking is plenty in the area.

Service and foods are good. I ordered #8 and #12. For some can't eat too spicy food, #8 is the balance one. I also ordered AP01, and AP04. If the spicy beef Tripe serve in hot, that would be much better.

✨ Beautifully decorated, nicely lit, and very clean! The ambiance was warm and inviting, with soft background music. 🎶 I also liked the TV screens displaying menu items—very intriguing! 📺

I ordered one of the soups, and while it was nicely presented, I found the broth lacking in flavor—I was hoping for a bit more depth. 🍜 The highlight of the visit was the fun scratcher they gave us at checkout—I won a complimentary drink! 🎉 I chose a lychee-flavored one, which looked great but didn’t quite excite my taste buds. 🥤

That being said, the menu has plenty of other dishes I haven’t tried yet, so there’s still lots to explore! 🍽️ I’d love to see a bit more richness in flavors, but overall, it’s a lovely spot. 😊

Came here for dinner and the food was great! The menu is so big it was hard to decide. We tried the fried dumplings, edamame, spicy ramen, and a Thai tea and it was all so delicious! The staff was so nice, probably the best customer service I’ve ever had. They give you so much food and it comes out so fast. The atmosphere was great, it’s so cute inside and the music was great as well. Will definitely be coming back!

Food is alright. But the service is great and friendly. We ordered mainly appetizers, the portion is the right size. But the almond tea has a weird taste, I personally don't recommended, but overall is a nice place to dine.

The tofu in Taiwanese stinky tofu is sour ? The air conditioner is not on, but the food tastes okay

If you are from Asia country and crave the hot pot you had in Asia, I don’t think it is a right place for you. I ordered a stinky tofu pot and it tastes different from the one I had in Taiwan, and my friend had a spicy pot, and we think it is very flavorless. I still think if you are white and never had hot pot or taiwanese stinky tofu pot before you might still like it tho.
