I ordered online. My meal was supposed to be ready at 4:18pm. I paid for my meal at the restaurant at 4:22pm. I received my food at 4:44 pm. My fries were more like potatoes than fries, limp and lukewarm. The chicken was under cooked. I was already late for work I had to be in the office at 3:38 pm. I can not believe how disorganized this location was today for super bowl. We placed our order over a week ago and went in to pick up at our scheduled time to be told it was going to be another 30-55 minutes. Luckily a lady next to me said the same thing happened to her and she had been waiting well over an hour. The manager was unable to talk to customers to discuss refunds.
