“I love this specific Chick-fil-A location for a few reasons:
1) Gale is amazing and always there when you need anything
2) The children's play area is always very clean and keeps the kids entertained while I get a chance to eat in peace
3) They have high chairs (also very clean) available for kids
4) They always provide fast and friendly table service ( when you order to the table from the app), even when it's pretty busy

In particular, I was there last week. Gale greeted me at the door to hold it open since I had a sleeping infant and toddler in tow. I went inside and immediately sat in a booth so I could set down the car seat for my baby to sleep while I ordered. I ordered right from the table through the app and my food was brought out directly to the table within only a few minutes. I later went inside the playground area with my infant to play while my toddler was having a blast in the faux car and the big slide. I left my car seat, the extra sandwich to bring home for Dad, and our drinks on the table right in front of the playground ( could see through the glass). Well of course I got more involved in playing and stopped paying close attention to my table. When we went out and packed up, my sandwich was missing but drinks were still there. I asked Gale just to make sure it wasn't accidentally picked up thinking we had left despite the car seat in the booth. She confirmed no employees had picked it up and immediately took me over to the ordering area to get me a replacement sandwich. I know that ultimately it was my error for leaving the sandwich out where it could be snagged by a passerby but I was just so focused on the kids. Either way, Gale went to bat for me and got my sandwich replaced immediately. It felt wonderful knowing that the team at this restaurant supports families beyond just providing a great meal - they go the extra mile with keeping the indoor playground open and very clean, and give customer service to show you how truly valued you are as their customer. “When not busy they need to reread order (mobile) about special chgs, no one was even in the drive as inside wasn't open yet. WakeUp Mgmt, I was too nice, some dietary restrictions for some maybe a prob if they don't read order prior to making it, no mustard, etc

“Clean establishment. I really like the updated Kiosk look & feel. Service was relatively quick but it depends on the time of day. It's not a quiet place to choose for food digestion. Interior noise was loud in combination with people chatting can be unnerving for people with sound sensitivity, so you might want to get in & out! No Drive Thru! Food seemed good & fresh as can be for this type of eatery.“

“Stopped by while driving through the area and wasn't familiar with the style of Chinese food or the terminology of the menu, but the woman at the counter explained which menu item was chow mein. Placed my customized order for chicken chow mein (they were out of pork) and used their restroom. I was delighted with the restroom because so many businesses are closing them to the public these days. Came out of the restroom and they were still cooking my dish! They apparently make most of their dishes to order instead of premaking the dishes and keeping them warm. When I got out to my car, the chow mein was so hot I burned my mouth a little bit! I've never had Chinese that fresh in my life! The seasoning was very good and not at all like what I am used to. If you are looking for traditional, boring Chinese food, you don't want to come here. However, if you are interested in fresh Chinese food that's doing it's own thing, give this place a try! The only regret I have is that the portions aren't bigger, because I could have eaten a lot more it was so good!“

The food is amazing and the staff is amazing also. The cashier lovepreet was amazing he ran down all the promotions and if you have a phone number on file you can get discounts on food and gas etc. Offered me free Fuji water and everything they had to offer.... This is one of the happiest gas stations in San Ramon. Don't take my word for it, go see for yourself. There's a little old Chinese woman that works there she is sweet as pie.“

I miss that agaci there. it's a shame that justice permanently closed. it goes well at that mall same with limited too. I remember shopping at limbo lounge when I was a teenager getting my pictures taken at that jcpenney and that sears. It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered someone with such high spirits and that is so respectful and kind. Such an amazing worker and definitely deserves a raise! “is located at Sunvalley shopping center food court. They offer a variety corn dogs such as Rice cake corn dog, Potato mozzarella corn dog, Cheddar and sausage corn dog, and Mozzarella and sausage corn dog. They also have fried and fried chickens.

I had the corndog with half sausage and half cheese. There is a 7 minute wait which they will tell you ahead of time, and the order arrived in a timely manner. The corndog is hot and crunchy, the sauce I chose is cheese which I really like. the corndogs are similar but better than Devil n Angel in my opinion.

It is right next to Plus82 Korean BBQ which is also Korean. Koko is great for snacks and plus82 for heavy meals lunch or dinner.

Overall this is an interesting place to try.“

Customer service is top-notch, as well. Shift manager Cody is such a delight. A gentleman, for sure. Ana is super sweet and helpful, too. If the company would get their AC working again, I would stay to dine in more often. There is an outdoor seating area, though. Or you can choose to sit by the door. Definitely try this place out! “I hadn’t heard of Tugboat until just this week reading an online story about the restaurant. It’s downright difficult to find a Fish & Chips eatery in the area. Living 25 minutes from their Pleasant Hill location is an issue but I decided to give it a go. I’ll definitely be back. The menu is extensive including the likes of prawns, catfish, oysters, calamari, even lumpia. I came for the fish and stayed for the tempura style prawns combo special. At $15.99 you’ll get a generous piece of fish, four prawns and a basket of fries. I read in an earlier review the fish wasn’t cod, and I really don’t know if it was but it was tasty with a golden brown deep fried crust. The tempura prawns were meaty and prepared perfectly. While you order at the counter, the food was delivered to my table along with tartar and cocktail sauce, and ketchup. The necessary malt vinegar was already at the table. The fork was plastic but I didn’t use one. It’s a casual place and I dined alone—finger food fish n fries if you will. The restaurant is bright, airy and sunny with a very definite nautical theme from the wallpaper to paintings and accessories/ornaments. There was no trash disposal in sight to enable an easy self bussing of the table, the soda machine was out of order (what no free refills😳) but their cold box of soda, teas etc. was ice cold so all good. The location is in a small retail center (Ellingwood) two doors down from an Outback Steakhouse so there’s plenty of parking. I’ve read where some think it’s pricey, but fish is expensive so I was satisfied with my bill. As mentioned previously, I’ll definitely be back, and if you like fish and chips, I’d highly recommend giving it a try.“
