Normally I like this location. Tonight two problems: 1)I asked for light barbecue sauce, but instead they put triple barbecue sauce, soaking both buns in it. I had to throw one bun away and scrape sauce off the chicken and lettuce with two napkins. 2)The vanilla milkshake was REALLY THIN with a lot of milk and tasted more like milk than vanilla. I tried calling there four times over a 2-hour period to report this to the manager but the phone keeps ringing and then hangs up. So...read full review
Thick burgers are awesome. Update, I haven't been here in a while. But they used to bring your food to your table. Now they stand behind the counter and wave you over to pick up your food. Service is fast and food is fresh hot.
