Surprisingly busy considering the quality. Latte OK but not hot. Scone dry and stale. Total $10.50. Toilet filthy. Service surly. Nice little selection of books and games but the one I chose lacked its dice. Not sure why this place is popular.

the lady managing the store register (glasses, black hair) was as disinterested as can be. ignoring me standing there with nobody else in the store, and took my order as if i’m majorly inconveniencing her. coffee was quite acidic and not good.

Wrong service ever! Sitting right in front of barista for 15 min, and nobody called me and when I went in front of frontdesk, my food and coffee was left at the counter and when I asked kindly “did you call me” the batista with smile said we called few times!!! And again I was sitting right in front of both barista!!! And here we are the worst service I ever get in my life!
Rules of thumb, sometimes, you can be kind enough and look for the customer or at least bring the food to customer! Not much a walk but at least you show you care!

The espresso was good and the pastry was decent for late morning arrival. The coffee shop is small and all tables full. I did not have to wait to order but noticed the person behind me did wait to order during the prep of my coffee. I grabbed a stool at the window as I waited for my order and was pretty disappointed when my seat was taken by someone else when I went to get my coffee. Fortunately, there was a free stool. I did notice that this person who took my initial seat never ordered during my 5-10 minute visit just using free WiFi.

Don't come to this place. The only person in the staff was super unfriendly and served us a horrible cappuccino... Honestly, with the good options around it is a mistake to come here for a coffee.

The staff are so helpful and kind. They make their matcha lattes with just the right amount of matcha so you are not paying for a milked out, watery drink. I got it with the honey lavender syrup to sweeten it and it was absolutely delicious. If i lived in the area I would go every day!

2024-09-05 afternoon: First timer.
In-door tables could get a wipe or two (sticky and breadcrumbs all over) and seats too (breadcrumbs).
Despite having Sonic Fiber, WiFi is unreliable and at times not working; Saw 250 kbps download, 80 kbps upload, latency 2000 ms (sic!) for 10-15 mins, while there are only four guests. At times, it's not responsive at all, but at times it might be a tad better. (I suspect neighbors etc. are also connected). UPDATE +15 mins: Now I see 3-6/1-6 Mbps and ~20-30 ms latency. Maybe all guests share a very limited amount of bandwidth, and it only takes one to bring it down(?) Other guests said it was the same in the morning. Oh, well... UPDATE: Same unusable WiFi two weeks later.
