Incredible! I am so glad my partner & I randomly found this on google maps. We had Persian dishes and they were so flavorful! The service was wonderful and their patio was great for my service dog. I’m definitely coming back to try the Mexican food and peek inside to see the things they have for sale.
I'm Persian. My partner is Mexican. Do the math, and it's no wonder that we ended up at Syma's. The food is so comforting and tasty. I got the Ghorme Sabzi and she got the Mole Enchiladas. We ended up adding the maast moosir (yogurt with shallots), and what a great idea! It was a delicious addition. After the meal, we wanted to add more comfort and relaxation by ordering a couple glasses of tea with flan, the perfect pairing of cultures. And the tea came out in...
Absolutely delicious! 2nd time here, both times we tried a Persian dish and a Mexican dish and everything was so full of flavor. Cannot recommends this place enough. Just saw the write-up in Edible East Bay and love the feature! Will be back!
