I purchased three drink that took them 20 minutes to make. There was two people in front of me at first then me and 8 people after me. It seems like the 8 people after me were more important than I. After all I was there before them. The drinks were ok.
Even though this branch has been open for months now, it still feels like it's unfinished or maybe just understocked.The drinks come out super slowly, so I suggest ordering from the kiosk as soon as you enter. By the time you've made up your tray of baked goods, stood in line, and finished paying, your drink should be ready. Maybe.
5 stars because this specific location has supported me through my ups and downs. oh and the drinks are super cheap but good (3-6 bucks for most of them. all medium sized drinks are under $6). pastries are pretty aight too.highly recommend getting their signature sea salt jasmine green tea, it's like ~3 bucks and so good.
