I stumbled into this little shop by mistake. The pancakes they make are really good and classic for $6.5 each. The pancakes in Rowland Heights are nothing like that. Don’t be afraid of not knowing the goods, just be afraid of comparing goods.
In Short,Simple but an explosion of flavors.With a few more details,We didn’t know what to expect.Sometimes we go to places that take us out of the comfort zone and love to try new things.It was my first Chinese pancake, I’m sure it has a better name, (Joan Bing) and I was in love.The egg, the meat that just melts in your mouth is just scrumptious. I greatly enjoyed my first experience eating Jian Bing here. The rolls were stuffed full of the meat we ordered and made fresh to order. I also really enjoy the hot soy milk served in bowls. The prices were very fair and it was great for breakfast. I think the Jian Bing could use a bit more of the savory sauce and it would be great to be able to have combination of both beef and tendon but I'm sure that you can ask that custom request if you really wanted to.
