I'm a big costco fan but very disappointed at this Alhambra store. It seems to be poorly run. The staff doesn't act professional and constant yelling by your cashiers. Do I need to hear one of your customers card has expired over and over again. Are you trying to shame him? So over ride it and charge him the dues. How hard is that? You had no trouble charging me when my executive membership was due. You have many refrigerated items on the shelf that are about to expire and not pulled off for mark down. No visible price on many shelf items. Your parking lot is a horrible mess. That's more time to find a spot than shopping inside. Finally a redeeming quality. A self checkout area to avoid your rude cashier. You really need to send this managerial team for training on how to give real good customers service.

Worst customer service is this location. My parents went to Costco in Monterey Park to purchase a laptop on sale and it was sold out after 5 days of the started sale date. I then call the Alhambra Costco to see if any in stock there. Called repeatedly for 4 hours before their last 2 hours of closed time and no one pick up the phone. I then have to go to Monterey Park Costco to check with them if they have any left and they said it only Alhambra have 16 of the laptop left and was also advised by them that my parents would be good if they go to Alhambra Costco tomorrow morning. Guess what happened, my parents went to Alhambra Costco at 10:30am the next day and none were left. What the heck! I then gave up and ordered the laptop online from Costco and paid the extra $10 for the delivery charge to home. FYI, Costco also charge $10 to deliver to their own locations.

You were so polite and made sure I left happy. 4 stars goes to the store only because it's always packed and also because they haven't stocked up on the keto sandwich bread anymore.

I used to love Costco, but now they think their s*** don't stink. They don't answer the telephone. Your time is not important to them. The online chat ain't worth a crap either. The damn cashier didn't put all my items back in my cart, yet charged me for them. Im going back to Sam's, they actually try hard.

This Costco Food Court does not have a self order kiosk so I called in my order for a whole pepperoni pizza and was quoted a 30 minute wait time. I showed up in about 45 minutes, waited in line, paid, and thought I'd be able to pick up my pizza and leave. However, the cashier walked to the pizza area, came back, didn't say if my pizza was ready, and just said wait in the pizza pick up line. I waited in the pick up line for about 5 minutes and was handed my pizza. When I got home, I was faced with one of the saddest pepperoni pizzas I've ever seen in my life. It seemed as if someone blindly sprinkled some pepperoni on it and called it a day. It was drenched in oil on the bottom and wasn't cut well. We had to tear off the slices ourselves. The only thing I appreciated about this Food Court was that the cashiers seemed to work with a sense of urgency and told people in line to have their membership cards ready. The employee who took my order over the phone was nice and emphasized that a membership card was required to purchase.

Horrible employees here. Nobody is any help. When I'm finally out this guy Gary refused to give me a napkin for my pizza. He said he didn't want to get in trouble. Worst costco I've ever been to.

I would not go to this Costco if I am 40 years old or older on a weekend or during busy hours on weekdays. This Costco does not practice good COVID guidelines. They don't limit how many customer who can enter their store. Social distancing almost non-existent due to the crowded place. Also, they don't have enough staff to enforce mask wearing. At least 10% of their customer either does not wear face mask accordingly or completely wear the face mask with uncovered nose or under the chin. I would not be surprised because almost all Costco are like this one. Please avoid coming to this Costco if you are in the high risk age.

I haven't had Costco pizza in a long time so decided to order one to pick up. To my surprise Costco has discontinued their combo pizza, my favorite. Now they only offer two choices, cheese and pepperoni still at $9.95. I opted to get a whole pepperoni pizza. I didn't realize how oily this pizza is. The bottom of the box was soaked with grease and got on my car seat. Fortunately it easily wiped off my leather seats. The pizza itself was super oily to where we blotted the surface with a several napkins. Another "remember when Costco had a combo pizza for $9.95".

Bad customer service they don’t even pick up the phone they hang up like five times at the tire center then I try the office I was keep calling and calling when they finally answer they put me on hold right away and forgot that I was waiting and they never answered. I never got to talk to anybody. I won’t go to that particular Costco or even worse never try to call again.

This review is for the Tire Center. Excellent Service. This Costco is always busy but the employees at the tire center seems to be managing well. I needed to have a tire replaced and it went smoothly. I thought they would put plastic on my car seat before driving my car but there was no plastic. I think the dirty spots can be cleaned and I didn't get covid so I don't mind. I was satisfied with the service.

Beware when ordering multiple items from Costco.com. I ordered 6 items and they placed a hold for the full amount with my financial institution. Well 2 of those items were shipped separately but they also placed a hold for 4 items. 4 items plus the full amount are on hold. Customer Service which is ridiculously bad said it will be reversed once the other items are shipped in 3-4 business days. What everyone has to understand while the 2 holds are in process you will not have access to those funds. This is the second time this has occurred with me in the past 2 years but this time it impacted me because I didn't have funds available for barbecue for the AFC/NFC Championship games so I had to borrow money. Over $360 were on hold and should had only charged $216.

I'm infuriated, seriously seriously upset. I went to the phone kiosk and asked if they had a iPhone 12 Pro. They said they were sold out but the offer was going to be for the end of the week. The offer ended up getting extended and me calling every single day asking do you have any phones in. No no no no no no. I call in today. And they said oh yea we have phones and offer is over! But I called everyday. You were always sold out. I don't understand. They said it was extended until Friday. Today is Wednesday. What happen ?

09/14/2020 Not sure with the windows if there is a 6 foot distance. The lines marked with those circles work if people actually read them. I saw this one lady pull her cart in the line with no circles or markings. I do love that they have a bartender at the drinks station pouring drinks of your choice. Pepsi is out for tonight but she was nice to offer Diet Pepsi. Was that a hint that stay at home orders, I have put on some pounds? When you buy a hot dog, condiments are behind the cashiers. Mustard and ketchup only with no mess to clean up for the employees.
