They have many options for teas and milk teas. They also have a variety of milk substitutes. The shop is small but does get busy in the evenings. There is not much contact with the employees because ordering is done on a kiosk. The service quality I would recommend is the employees calling out the customers name when the drink is ready. I would recommend this place if you are trying to get a tea quickly.

It is one of the best tea houses in the area. Their regular Boba topping is not that sweet, this is a tea house.

Boba was good tea is nice and not to sweet, they let you adjust your sugar levels. The cashier (Cindy M) was very rude, scoffed when I payed in cash. I gave a 20 $ bill Im sorry?? I had no smaller bills? Should I take my business elsewhere to get boba that gladly except cash? The cashier then dropped my change that fell everywhere when handing it to me and gave a half apology. If she just dropped the change then I'd pass it off as a mistake that anyone can make but her scoffing at me handing a 20 made it seem like she dropped the change on purpose.

Artisan looking tea shop that feels super premium on the surface but the drinks didn’t live up to the vibe.
Literally just tasted like milk with a splash of tea. Super disappointing for a place that clearly puts effort into presentation and tea sourcing. Felt totally unbalanced.
Fruity one was better. Refreshing and had fun textures with the fruit bits, but still not enough to carry the experience.
The space looks cool and there’s a whole display of teas and leaves, so it really seems like you’re in for something special. But at the end of the day, the drinks didn’t deliver

I got their Calamansi Green Tea 包種金桔 with boba. 30% sugar was a little under sweetened so I’ll go for 50% next time.
Boba texture is soft and pillowy, not bouncy and chewy like your standard boba. Not confirmed but I believe their boba is made from fresh tapioca dough so it feels a little more special.

Got the oolong milk tea 0% sweet with sesame cream foam and taro boba. The tea flavor could’ve been more robust but the toppings were amazing. Love all the options here!

Great boba place. I came here after a walk as the sun was beaming and this place was a nice break.
I ordered a Dancing Crane Black Tea, and it was great. It was recommended to me, and I can see why, due to its sweet and milky. The boba was a bit chewy but light.
The atmosphere of the shop was open and clean, and the cashier who recommended me the drink was very nice (Thank you Lucy).
I ordered Formosa Aroma . Omg wow the best taste. My choice was the orange and grapefruit. Such an amazing taste.. I ordered it from Uber . It was well with these hot days to come . I really recommend them

I ordered the Pouchung tea latte this weekend. The tea is simply stunning – the flavor is strong and delicious. It is hard to believe but it preserves certain tea fragrance that I could only find from tea brewed in a teapot. I order the tea with very light ice, so it stayed rich and did not get watered down. If you enjoy good tea, Formosa Aroma is definitely a worth-visiting place. This tea has quickly become a new favorite for me. Highly recommend to try!

I was really disappointed with my visit here on a Sunday afternoon . It took an unusually long time for the drinks to come out, even though the shop wasn’t too busy and the staff that make drinks either looked confused or laughing while making my order. When I looked around, the place seemed poorly maintained – tables weren’t cleaned, the floor was sticky, and the counters looked messy. For the price they charged, I expected a cleaner and more efficient experience. Not sure I’d come back
