I've been visiting the drive thru for the past few days around the same time after midnight. It's kinda busy, but the young man by the name of Damian has kept a positive attitude and a sweet smile, greeting me and making sure that I get my condiments.

Decided to leave a review regarding my take on, "giving credit where credit is due."The food, is nothing short of fast food (quality received is honestly quality I expect). Times visited are mainly late night/early morning hours where the line is usually /unbelievably congested. Upon receiving my order, more than often, my food is already cold and/or cold. (Doesn't taste bad. Doesn't taste great).Atmoshpere??? Well...considering this location is one of few and distant 24 hr operating businesses, where bars aren't too far from, it sometimes gets...well..."interesting," to say the least. So, there's that note.Now, as for the service? My experiences have been outweighed by negative ones as opposed to positive. Those are past ones. So on that note, RECENT visits made, I've had the better fortune of positive visits, all thanks to Damian. Having worked this field in the past, I must admit that working around upset, aggressive, loud, and belligerent drunks is nowhere near easy let alone enjoyable. This young gentleman I mention though, has a remarkably mellow and focused work ethic. Have not had ONE negative experience since being helped out by him (and only him) up until current date. He has provided great service, calm and understanding attitude, and knows how to thank customers, rather than receiving the more usual experience of aggressively and poorly packaged orders followed by a slamming of the double windows.Definitely an asset to this location, considering the MANY negative experiences I've had before.In case you read this, and havent heard it lately by anyone...youre doing an amazing job, in mh boom. Keep up the great work brother!

You better reconsider how you build your delivery platform... Changing my free one large drink to a small size bottle of juice and charging me extra is a clear scam! Also, there wasn't any choice, other than that weird branded coffee (never heard that brand before, and I dont drink coffee) all other large drink comes with additional charge, how the heck is it "free" and "your choice"?? You are ridiculous and disappointing, mark your options better or more will feel scammed like me, get a grip! You get +1 star for the great food, thank god

I asked for a side of cheese sauce. I was given a tiny paper bag with some cheese sauce scooped into it. Don't you guys have plastic cups for sauces? The paper bag filled with sauce was very difficult to work with and didn't seem like much common sense went into this decision.

My family tried ordering through T- mobile Tuesday coupons to get the free spicy chicken sandwich which we got. However, when I tried to also get the free medium fries deal given to me by the app, it apparently didn't register on their computer which costed me my coupon. The manager (a Latina female) even had the audacity to tell me that they "ran out of fries" just to shoo me out. Thanks for a great first experience Jack!

Last night I had a Jack Combo and it had to be the best burger ever!!!! The presentation was superb and it tasted delicious!!! Whomever was working in the back, KUDOS and thank you for your great service.

We had to wait over an hour to order in the drive through. Came with my family all the way from the Bay Area to attend universal studios for Halloween and got there at 2:30am and left after 3:30am. We are not familiar with the area and our Airbnb was just down the street. But still, hire more workers or something. Felt bad for the dude working there solo as well. How does a multi million dollar fast food chain only have one employee working on Halloween night? It's poor treatment of their employees and he had to experience my attitude and I'm sure everyone else's. And there were at least ten cars as well. Will NEVER return at this location.
