I went in this Jack n the box to get a shake while I wait for my oil change at Jiffy lube and this older man probably in his 60’s was treating the employees like straight trash he was upset that he couldn’t get a senior discount at this jack n the box. I totally understand the frustration but he was being sooo rude and the man at the counter and the lady who I assumed was the manager or shift lead handled his disrespect with grace and treated him like a regular customer....read full review
