Placed an order online and went to pick it up and was just told that my order was canceled??? Even though I had a confirmation. Waste of time: If you are not going to honor the online orders, don't take them in the first place.

Just very curious on why there is always only 1 person on shift ? Every time I come I see people be very patient with the workers and waiting on their orders but it's not fair for the employees to work alone , is management robbing them by not wanting to pay to hire more staff ? But overall for us customers it's obsurd as well to be ignored just to get a order in . I waited over 20 minutes for a small smoothie once which is crazy , then got poor customer service, sometimes the workers are in lala land to , if u can't handle ur weed don't smoke on shift period . Hope this team gets a retraining and takes in this feedback

Ordered a chunky strawberry bowl with added PB and coconut. The service was super fast and the base was thicker than usual, which was perfect! The store smelled a bit of cleaning supplies but otherwise very clean.

i had kaylie make me my smoothie she was super friendly and welcomed me when i came in and told me the different options on the menu she was very helpful and my pineapple smoothie was fantastic would definitely come back just to have her make me another !

I placed the order over the phone the lovely gentleman was so polite. My order was ready within five - seven minutes. The young lady, Who was the cashier was also very nice and professional and I just love the customer service that they gave me and my drink was delightful in this heat.

Back when I was in high school, my hometown did not have a Jamba Juice. All of the cool kids would go to the nearest Jamba Juice on their date nights and THAT WAS THE DREAM! I wasn't that cool back then and I completely forgot about it until recently until I found myself at a Jamba Juice with my boyfriend. Like wow... nostalgia... this is what my younger self wanted. This location of Jamba Juice is off Fremont in Alhambra. It was on our way back from LA, and the weather was so hot so smoothies seemed like a refreshing healthy idea. My boyfriend had a small Caribbean Passion ($7.29) and I had a small Orange Dream Machine ($7.29) with the daily vitamin and zinc boost. Goodness Jamba Juice inflation is real. I'm not sure how little kids afford to go on dates these days. What a luxury!! Our drinks were made in a decent amount of time. They had a few tables for indoor seating and I think a few outside as well. We went with the indoor seating to enjoy the AC since it was a hot summer day. It was nice to sit and chat while enjoying refreshing smoothies. Service was nice. I don't normally gravitate to chain businesses but Jamba Juice sure brings back sweet nostalgia and their consistent drinks throughout the years is a big plus.

Speedy service, called in (press 1), and ordered and it was ready within 5-7 mins. I always get the strawberry wild, with a scoop of whey protein. The protein makes the drink creamy and taste better. The inside is generally clean, a few places to sit down. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The cups have changed. All is well.

i never write reviews, but here i am lol this girl saw me standing outside for 15 mins (no joke) in the rain doing idk what. on her phone, probably getting set up for her shift. it wasn't until i called to ask what time they opened, that she finally opened the door for me. very apologetic, but hello?!? common decency to at least open the door to customers so they're not outside in the cold
