KOGANE is an airy and welcoming omakase spot with friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant offers a fair price and a delightful dining experience that typically lasts around 1 hour and 45 minutes. The sushi chefs are knowledgeable and share interesting facts about the fish and preparation process. Guests can enjoy a sake flight to pair with the meal, which features delicate, fresh, and aged fish. The tamago, served as a meal finisher, is a delightful surprise. Chef Fumi and Shin create a memorable and intimate atmosphere, regaling the guests with stories and honoring the dishes with purposeful preparation.
