Manage expectations. It’s a food court atmosphere. So no carpet and tables old. And service is ok. But their xiao long boa streamed and pan fried is consistently the BEST. Lots of juice inside and dough is not too thick. Been to many in LA and the only one I’d make a 40 minute drive for.
Please don't come here. It's fantastic and very authentic Chinese food at a low price. It was our SGV hidden gem. Now everyone is posting reviews in Social Media and they even got a top rating by the LA Times. Now it's becoming crowded and prices are going up. If I post this, I have only myself to blame. So again, please stay away.
Hate to give a low review but got really stale sjb that were fried in some other era and quickly reheated. It was slow but no reason to be that sloppy. Serve fresh food. Love the old school atmosphere just need freshly made food not tough wrinkle skins
