I appreciate his attention to getting orders out to guests on time as well as his friendliness. I recently had an experience here that left a positive impression, largely due to the exceptional management. Although the lobby had to close early, which was certainly an inconvenience for some customers, the manager handled the situation with remarkable grace and professionalism. They were not only incredibly nice but also genuinely apologetic, taking the time to explain the circumstances that led to the early closure.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. The store is supposed to be open until 11 PM, but when my friend and I arrived a little before 9 PM, the doors were already locked. We are two young women and were left standing outside knocking on the door for a long time, but the staff inside completely ignored us. It was only after a man also tried to enter that someone who appeared to be a manager finally opened the door.
