The BBQ Alliance's skewers all use iron skewers to ensure the texture and taste of the skewers. The spicy beef tendon is slightly salty, but the taste of mutton and beef is very authentic and the taste is pure. The lamb soup is generous in portion and great value for money. The price is fair and cost-effective. Especially recommend their crispy chicken bones and chicken skin, the taste is superb. Overall it's a bit salty, but the barbecue is heavy.
On July 30, I went to the Barbeque Alliance for a late-night snack. I ate at a table outside the door. I felt that the environment was average. The crayfish was expensive and not worth eating. There were many broken shells. I also saw mice walking by the door.
I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. I feel delicious after eating it and the service is also very good! Because it was freshly baked, it took a while to get served, but it was completely acceptable. I don’t like the barrel shabu-shabu very much, but I like the barbecue. I will come again next time I come to Los Angeles.
