I wish I could give a below zero rating. I was told that I could not fill up my water bottle with water and ice due to covid but proceeded to witness the same employee gina, assist her friend with filling up her water bottle no issue, and no covid apparently. I felt like trash and less important than her friend. gina told me you need to spend a lot of money there to join the vip list. Once I spoke to their manager Chaipat, he was very unfair and was not understanding but told me that's how they do business, covid risk and all with other people's water bottles being mixed in the equipment they use to serve every single customer. Since I am not a part of the vip list they unofficially have, I will be considering on canceling my LA fitness membership and going to a respectable and understanding gym juice bar like at golds gym. I hope this review reaches the right people and warns others of the likely treatment they will receive at this juice bar/gym. This occurred a little after 1pm on 9/20.

Admire both Richie and Justin! Always so funny and great customer service! Easily made la fitness my favorite gym because of the juice bar! Also Melissa does an awesome job welcoming me in the mornings with her awesome energy! Love this spot

If u havent tried this place u need to, great after a workout or anytime, very inexpensive the lady was informitive on what boost or extra to use and for what. Tbh i like these smoothies better then jamba juice & juice it up

Service was great. Justin took care of my order and asked me if I wanted to add protein to my smoothie, which I did. I hardly waited, got my smoothie right away. He also had some funny joke written down which was really funny for some reason. Probably going to come back here after all of my workouts to get my protein. 10/10 would recommend

Justin, Richie and Melissa are great!! Justin's jokes are always humorous. Excellent customer service and an amazing drink. One of the other girls always has an attitude, not only to customers but even to her own co-workers.

I always like coming to this LA Fitness because of the outstanding service at the smoothie bar! The servers are always nice and would greet you right away. The drinks are pretty yummy too and they make the best Strawberry Banana since everything is spankin' fresh.It's much cleaner than other places I have went to so I do recommend you guys to try it. :)

This place makes up for the horrible customer service of LA Fitness. There is always a friendly face that greets you and who are willing to give you recommendations. So far, I've been stuck on their Nutri Blast which is A-mazing! Maybe, eventually...I will try another drink on the menu.

The people here are super nice. They are always sweet and welcoming. They also will listen to what you're looking for and make personal suggestions. Plus it is nice to have it in the la fitness because after a workout you can stop by for a refreshing drink... the bonus is there is an asian guy that isn't bad to look at while you're waiting for your order :-)

Awesome, awesome cafe! Way better than Jamba Juice in my opinion. They have great smoothies and cute tables with centerpieces to sit at. And the people working there have always been friendly to me. And they fill up your smoothies until they're overflowing- yum!
