I think this is one of the worst Ono's I've been to.I came to pick up my order and I showed the worker my phone, which I brightened and enlarged so they can see. He started touching my phone with his hands and I immediately get the ick. He goes your orders not ready yet. I tell him that I need to go to work soon and he just stares at me and turns away to the counter behind him with all the boxes of food. He gives out someone else's orders, and goes to the next and wow the order that was sitting up on the counter is actually mine. What are the chances if you read? He proceeds to give me my food in a dirty bag.

Craving good Hawaiian food. This is your stop. All their food fish, meat and chicken are so good. The macaroni salad is to die for and their original sauce is amazing. Must try.

I really enjoy this place it reminds me of my trip to the island. I enjoy the pulled pork and the BBQ chicken. I come here monthly to remind me of what I'm missing out on. The chicken and beef plate is probably the best deal here.
So yesterday I purchased a new promo plate with fish salad and rice. Sorry to say that I've been with chills, fever, diarrhea and stomach aches. I'm going to have to pay ER a visit today. If something tastes a bit fishy STOP and let the personnel know and avoid pain and sickness I've been dealing

Ordered the Hawaiian BBQ mix for delivery. Giant portion (see picture), one large chicken piece, one large piece of the short ribs and a decent size portion of the BBQ Beef. This was my first time eating Hawaiian bbq outside of Hawaii and the chicken was spot on, the ribs were delicious as well, both super tender, juicy and packed with flavor.Never had the beef before and it's just not my taste. Too greasy for me.The meal comes with 2 scoops of regular white rice and a serving of pasta salad.Pasta salad was not as sweet as most places and just a light amount of mayo. Overall decent.The fresh mix side salad comes with a light ginger dressing (yellowish color), that reminds me of the dressings that often are served at sushi spots.For utensils they gave me a spoon and a fork, no knife, which made it inconvenient to eat the large pieces of meat. Also, my fountain drink was missing, but that could've been the Uber drivers fault, so no deduction for that.

Rude staff! Especially the guy who accepts phone call. I will never call in this store again. Disappointing. I only call to correct or give instructions for my order coz there's no options I can do it online(Postmates)

I've been here twice and while the service quality varies, the food has been consistently tasty. I've ordered the crispy shrimp, chicken katsu, and teriyaki chicken and all three have been juicy and flavorful. The fried foods are crispy and perfectly fried. I'd definitely come back for more of their plate options, and really like that they let you sub out items.

Service is good, just make sure you listen for your ticket number to be called.Parking: Parking is not extensive, but the several times I've visited, there's been adequate parking slots. The 'garage' offers good covered parking if it happens to be raining. It, too, is handicap accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking garage or in-front parking is wheelchair friendly.Store is laid out to be nicely accommodating for wheelchair accessibility.
