You should download papa johns app because it has many good deals and discounts. I ordered a XL pepperoni pizza for 50% off its price for pick up. The pizza crust and sauce were too sweet for my taste. The ingredients like cheese and pepperoni tasted fresh though. Overall, it’s not my favorite pizza but it’s only $13 so I don’t regret my purchase.
This review is specifically for whoever was working around dinner time (6pm) on Dec 30, 2024. I'm not one to leave reviews, but I felt compelled to for the service and food we received today. The lady who greeted my brother and I at this location was so warm and pleasant, and when we got home, my entire family agreed that the pizza was surprisingly the best we've ever gotten from this location. I had a problem with an order a while back and did not hear back from the company website. I've been reluctant to order but I called in today and spoke To Anna (Ana?) and she very quickly and professionally handled my issue and even sent me a free pizza! This is how a business is supposed to be run.....excellent customer service at the store level, corporate needs to wake up however.
