Best pho I have had to date. Large portions as well. The oyster mushroom tempura appetizer is also quite scrumptious.
For about $14 for the appetizer, I felt I got my moneys worth. The combo Pho is also delectable at around the same price. The quantity and quality of meat in the combo Pho is nothing to scoff at either though I will admit I got the $2 extra charge to make it large.

Parking lot isn't large but it's free.

July 13th, 2025 Update: tried it again with different items.namely the shrimp spring rolls (approx $8 for 2, $14 for 4) and the mom and dad rice dish ($20) also a friend got bahn mi (beef brisket)
Shrimp spring rolls are not worth the price, they replaced the rice noodles that are typically found with lettuce/cabbage from what I could tell. All to the detriment of the dish, the peanut sauce/ Goma sauce is your average sauce.
The mom and dad rice dish was overpriced and underwhelming, the only thing going for it is the amount of meat and the marinade. The rice and salad that is included are your typical Vietnamese restaurant rice dish fare. The lemongrass pork and chicken were nicely charred but with the glaze being as sweet and potent as it was the char just scratches your mouth without much flavor.
Friend's account: Bahn mi has flavor but doesnt justify the price. Specifically, it does nothing to justify the price and lacks pickled veggies that are usually found in other bahn mi places. The Bahn mi itself isn't large and comes with what he described as pho stock. Upon inquiry with a member of staff we were informed that it can be consumed as a pho dip or as a soup afterwards. From his account it didn't justify the price.

Conclusion, this is a Pho place and only a Pho place. The alternative items like rice dishes, spring rolls, and Bahn mi are overpriced and not worth getting in my opinion.

To the server: Don't ask if you could get me anything, and then ignore it when I tell you the broth was oversalted and inedible

I loved everything. I had the rare steak and brisket pho and the tempura blue oyster mushrooms. Little hidden gem. Bomb!

Food was amazing and the place is clean little hole in the wall right off the freeway entrance. Parking is good. Waitress could have been more polite in the beginning. But other than that this place is worth the try. Soup, appetizers and drinks were amazing

First time trying this PhoEver. Bought it to go. The pho got a good soup base and organized. I recommend it.

First time here and they hit it out of the ball park. Crab egg rolls were to die for. And their pho is made with real bone broth that is out of this world. Pho Ever is a must.

A simple small restaurant with of the best Pho I've had, I'm very impressed. Quality and ingredients are top notch. Great staff, and their blue oyster mushroom tempura is a sleeper hit and they have a great selection of drinks including a great ube frosty (think of a purple milk shake) and a great selection of hot and cold Teas.

We had high hopes for this place to start the new year right. We were seated quickly. A few minutes later a couple was seated next to us. We were ready to order, however, the lady who seated us went ahead and took the couple’s order first. No one came to take our order so we had to flag someone down to help us. We ordered and our food came out one dish at a time. Our last dish never showed up. After several minutes we asked about our last dish, a brisket Banh Mi sandwich. My wife could see the guy telling someone else that he forgot to input that specific order. However, when he came by to let us know what was going on with our last dish he just said they’ve been busy and it would be another 5 minutes. He seriously should have just owned up to the mistake. After 5 minutes I asked someone else what was going on. Then the sandwich finally showed up after a few more minutes. They never offered to make things right. They easily could have just offered to give us some free drinks or given us the late dish for free. Nothing. Terrible customer service. Aside from the pho, the food was pretty good — the Pho was just ok. Nothing special. Due to the bad customer service we won’t be back and cannot recommend this place.

My son raved about this place so he finally took us there and we are their most popular pho- oxtail as well as their combo and brisket. I like their noodle . It was cook perfectly.. although it seems like most pho noodles are the same but somehow it feels- a little bid thicker and is cook perfectly.. not soggy.. as for the soup.. it taste no different than the others. It claims that is cooked over 16 hours but still it has msg as I feel thirsty afterward.. as for the meat. Average amount..

Came here on a random Friday around 1pm for lunch. We tried their lunch special which is a choice of Pho and 1 veggie eggroll for $13.50. The portions are BIG! Had to take some home! At the time, there was 1 server.. she did a great job although it started getting packed..

One waiter lady so rude. Don’t go there anymore. Pho soup taste is like salt and foods are not delicious. And plus customer service. I saw my Thai tea order is ready to serve, but the server lady didn’t bring to us yet. So we are waiting and just asking is it ready ?? She treat us like so disrespectful. We didn’t ask 2,3 times. Just one time asking she got mad. Hope her life is good.

The best pho place in SGV. The inside feels very cozy and homey. Only thing Is the parking lot is on the smaller size.

Cindy was amazing. She was very friendly, and gave us great recommendations. She would check on us and make sure we were satisfied with everything.

The food was amazing.

Combo pho - there's so much meat it's amazing just wish there was more tendon. The 16 hour broth is delicious with lots of flavor and just the right amount of saltiness it didn't really need any modifications. The tendon was melt in your mouth it wasn't chewy and tough either.

Blue oyster tempura - Must try! This was recommended by Cindy and I'm glad we got it. It's got a nice crunch and chew to it. It's vegan but it has so much flavor the bigger pieces when you bite into it, you can taste the different layers of flavor. Me and my boyfriend were trying to decipher the different layers that we could taste.

Crab egg roll - Must try! It has a lot of crab stuffing inside, and you can taste the different elements of flavor. texture was crunchy and went well with the provided dipping sauce. It wasn't overpowering with crab flavor either.

Green Thai tea - this is a must get also if you're into Thai tea. This one reminds me of a location in Newport Beach that I love to go to for Green Thai. It has similar flavor profiles, however this one has a stronger tea flavor and less sweetness (which I preferred). It was so good I had to get an extra one to go.
