I've reviewed this restaurant at the grand opening, owner reads their yelp reviews and applies it to their menu. Owner makes fast changes and is adaptable. Love the added extra noodles option. Quality is just as good as on main st, alhambra. You can tell they make their broth well

As my first time going, it wasn't too bad! The atmosphere is nice and I like the music they play! The problem was that my friend and I went in late before they closed, and so they seemed to rush us out once we were finished eating. I get it, technically we went in late, but still I would have loved to have a little more time to digest the food. I order the meat with tendon, which was delicious, and my friend ordered a vegan phô; she said it was good! Overall, I'll visit again and way earlier before they close.

Best pho I have had to date. Large portions as well. The oyster mushroom tempura appetizer is also quite scrumptious.
For about $14 for the appetizer, I felt I got my moneys worth. The combo Pho is also delectable at around the same price. The quantity and quality of meat in the combo Pho is nothing to scoff at either though I will admit I got the $2 extra charge to make it large.
Parking lot isn't large but it's free.
July 13th, 2025 Update: tried it again with different items.namely the shrimp spring rolls (approx $8 for 2, $14 for 4) and the mom and dad rice dish ($20) also a friend got bahn mi (beef brisket)
Shrimp spring rolls are not worth the price, they replaced the rice noodles that are typically found with lettuce/cabbage from what I could tell. All to the detriment of the dish, the peanut sauce/ Goma sauce is your average sauce.
The mom and dad rice dish was overpriced and underwhelming, the only thing going for it is the amount of meat and the marinade. The rice and salad that is included are your typical Vietnamese restaurant rice dish fare. The lemongrass pork and chicken were nicely charred but with the glaze being as sweet and potent as it was the char just scratches your mouth without much flavor.
Friend's account: Bahn mi has flavor but doesnt justify the price. Specifically, it does nothing to justify the price and lacks pickled veggies that are usually found in other bahn mi places. The Bahn mi itself isn't large and comes with what he described as pho stock. Upon inquiry with a member of staff we were informed that it can be consumed as a pho dip or as a soup afterwards. From his account it didn't justify the price.
Conclusion, this is a Pho place and only a Pho place. The alternative items like rice dishes, spring rolls, and Bahn mi are overpriced and not worth getting in my opinion.

To the server: Don't ask if you could get me anything, and then ignore it when I tell you the broth was oversalted and inedible
I loved everything. I had the rare steak and brisket pho and the tempura blue oyster mushrooms. Little hidden gem. Bomb!

Food was amazing and the place is clean little hole in the wall right off the freeway entrance. Parking is good. Waitress could have been more polite in the beginning. But other than that this place is worth the try. Soup, appetizers and drinks were amazing
First time trying this PhoEver. Bought it to go. The pho got a good soup base and organized. I recommend it.
First time here and they hit it out of the ball park. Crab egg rolls were to die for. And their pho is made with real bone broth that is out of this world. Pho Ever is a must.
A simple small restaurant with of the best Pho I've had, I'm very impressed. Quality and ingredients are top notch. Great staff, and their blue oyster mushroom tempura is a sleeper hit and they have a great selection of drinks including a great ube frosty (think of a purple milk shake) and a great selection of hot and cold Teas.
We had high hopes for this place to start the new year right. We were seated quickly. A few minutes later a couple was seated next to us. We were ready to order, however, the lady who seated us went ahead and took the couple’s order first. No one came to take our order so we had to flag someone down to help us. We ordered and our food came out one dish at a time. Our last dish never showed up. After several minutes we asked about our last dish, a brisket Banh Mi sandwich. My wife could see the guy telling someone else that he forgot to input that specific order. However, when he came by to let us know what was going on with our last dish he just said they’ve been busy and it would be another 5 minutes. He seriously should have just owned up to the mistake. After 5 minutes I asked someone else what was going on. Then the sandwich finally showed up after a few more minutes. They never offered to make things right. They easily could have just offered to give us some free drinks or given us the late dish for free. Nothing. Terrible customer service. Aside from the pho, the food was pretty good — the Pho was just ok. Nothing special. Due to the bad customer service we won’t be back and cannot recommend this place.
