Ordered takeout and was charged $0.95 for credit card payment. Was not informed of this charged and was not asked if I had wanted to pay cash. First time experience at any restaurant with this type of service.

For a pho dat biet, the portion reflects a regular size portion. The shrimp pork spring roll, there is barely any rice noodle in the roll.

Disappointed in checking out this new restaurant. Will not return.

Really enjoyed pho w oxtail - flavorful and tender. Every other table had the rib eye hotpot pho which looked delicious. High quality pho.

It was a wonderful experience to enjoy traditional Vietnamese cuisine in the United States. The Vietnamese coffee was rich and fragrant, with a very distinctive flavor.

Great place for pho. The broth is amazing but the portion sizes feel a tad too small. This place seems a bit too trendy so if you come during peak hours, there will definitely be a wait. The tables and floors could use some cleaning since some parts were extra sticky, but I find that's kinda the norm at most pho restaurants. There's also only 1 unisex restroom so you may need to wait to use it as well. Would definitely come back again though.

Pho Saigon Pasteur offers an exceptional bowl of pho that is simply irresistible. The rich, flavorful broth is so delicious, it could be enjoyed on its own. While I haven't dined in yet, the to-go orders are expertly packaged, ensuring a safe and hassle-free experience. The refreshing teas are equally impressive, boasting delightful flavors. The only minor drawback is the somewhat cramped waiting area near the counter, which can be a bit awkward during peak hours. Despite this, Pho Saigon Pasteur remains a top choice for pho lovers in the area.

Parking: Somewhat limited parking, the parking garage is split with nearby businesses. Street parking is only on one side with a time limit but free

👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻Has anyone had the same experience here as me?! Entering the restaurant, there are a few scattered tables that are not crowded, but the staff work with a funeral look😖 and at a speed of 1km/h. Customers finish eating for 15 minutes without clearing the table for other customers to sit. I waited for 15 minutes and the staff walked back and forth and ignored me and didn't want to continue (like I was too upset to go away😂). When I called and asked, they answered with an unpleasant attitude😡 and then ignored me and continued to let the customer stand and then leave. 😂. Haha..first time encountering a restaurant with such bad service🤣. I don't know how the quality of the pho is, but no matter how good this type of service is, I won't come back. There are many other restaurants selling Vietnamese food that are more delicious and have more professional service like Golden Deli... ace!

Waited an hour at 6 pm . Guess people are eating earlier now that is fall. No line when we left at 8. I guess they are under staff. Took a long time before we can flag someone to take the Oder because we were not at the main dinning room. Heard so many rave reviews including my son so we thought we give it a try.. soup has less cinnamon compared to Golden Deli and others.. ordered the combo & oxtail… all my meat were cooked, didn’t see any rare one.. oxtail seems ok.. both were ok. Not wow.. met someone while waiting who gave us a tip! Ask for some extra onion oil on the side.. is free and it does enhance the flavor!

An overall nice Vietnamese restaurant with lots of options and good food. The portions were on the smaller side and the pho broth was a bit bland, but the meat was very good. Interior ambiance is nice and the staff are very friendly.
