I usually go to Chick-fil-A but because the economy is down I decided to try Popeyes. We got four chicken sandwiches and I got to tell you I hope things get better with Trump in office because I like Chick-fil-A nothing can beat Chick-fil-A. The Popeyes chicken sandwich was the worst thing I've ever eaten, but I am a needy person right now so I just settled for it. My body is now making noises like, " What the hell did you do"? Unless there's a super great deal, I wouldn't recommend this place. Go to Chick-fil-A instead. Even Jack in the box is a lot better. They also messed up my order. I wouldn't even give this chicken to my dog.

The special advertisement on TV was NOT honored. He claimed he never heard of the deal. Yet there was also a poster in the windows. I won't be back.

Purchased a 12 pc, asked for leg and thigh but was still given breasts. All the chicken were overfried and dry and seemed like they've been on the warmer for a while, fries were also overfried, and the biscuits were dry. For the price you pay for a family meal, it was kind of disappointing. We went on a Monday, I guess the only way you would ensure fresh chicken is if you go on the promo days where it's busy.
The cashier who helped me was nice.

Walked in 3 people ahead of me the workers seemed lost and confused didn't
say hi or anything to me I finally got to the counter and was greeted what u want? Wow seems not very professional at all I asked for some chicken tenders and the cashier said what sides ? I said I asked for tenders only well you have to get sides lol I walked right out those doors get your staff in order

Understanding that the building is older and is located in a less desirable part of town, I don't get why the inside was grimy.
Also, the sweet tea had an undesirable flavor, akin to not having washed out the tea container the day before.

The wait for the food is definitely getting worse. Place is not staffing enough people to handle the amount of orders. They take phone orders, Ubereats, I think Doordash, counter and recently added 2 kiosks. My wait was about 25 min when ordering at the kiosk. I feel sorry for the guy at the front desk scrambling to make everyone happy.

Ordered for pick up the 24 Piece Wings Tailgate special for $24.99 and got shorted 1/4 of the wings in the order. Attempted to call up the store at its listed phone number of 6262824600 and no one picked up - when it did finally got through to a message it told me that the mailbox for 2139088593 was full. When I used the automated system to try to get through to a live operator - the chatbot first attempted to offer me 250 points (I only have an account because I had to create one just to place this order) and then it offered me a mere $2.29 as a refund. When I wouldn't accept that - it said that someone would.... eventually get back to me by email. This entire experience left a more than bitter taste in my mouth
