Wow! Great pizza! My son and I tried Skateshop for the first time today. We ordered a pizza with mushrooms (my second favorite topping). The kid who took my order then did something amazing. Instead of just telling me they were out of mushrooms (like 95% of all restaurants would have), he apologized and said that his manager was on her way with the mushrooms. I was pleasantly surprised that when I requested gluten free crust they were willing to let me try one of the samples they had. It made it possible for me to lunch with my husband, otherwise I was going to grab food from elsewhere. Hats off to Gilbert for retaining my business. If you want gluten free best to let management know so that it becomes part of the regular menu.
