Fast service and great everything you would expect to find at Starbucks. It's a small corner store, so there's limited seating. They have one large table that everyone shares and brings their laptops, does their work, so be prepared to rub elbows. But otherwise, it's a great coner shop

I had the most lovely green tea matcha latte with coconut milk! Perfect temperature and taste. No added sugar is needed. Slightly sweet from the coconut milk alone. Dream drink I could have every morning.
