Yung Ho Dou Jiang Reviews
Always good dou jiang and cifan.
This isn't the Taiwanese 永和豆浆 Yong He Dou Jiang you might be expecting. This spot offers a broad menu of various Chinese cuisines. I just tried 豆皮 bean curd (cuisine from Hubei) for the first time. It was an interesting dish with a bean curd and egg mix topping over sticky rice, meat, tiny shrimp, and cilantro. I like the bean curd and egg mixture and want to try my hand at making it at home. 👍

Yung Ho Dou Jiang serves delicious Taiwanese street food, including savory soy milk and authentic dishes like oyster omelet and stinky tofu. The restaurant has a cozy diner vibe, pleasant service, and a loyal customer base. Prices may be slightly steep for some items, but the food is warm, fresh, and highly recommended. This is one of the most authentic Chinese breakfast restaurants. The youtiao and Douhua are highly recommended; the Douhua is the best. The staff is friendly, and the service is adequate and responsive. Food arrives fast, hot, and fresh. It is a good local place for Taiwanese breakfast. The owner and employees' integrity is appreciated; they returned a lost wallet intact. The fried dough sticks and salty tofu curd are loved.
