This is a long overdue review for Sushi Yu. I don't know why this restaurant doesn't have 5* because it's a 5*++ in my books! The fish is fresh, high quality, and generous and the service is warm and attentive. Maybe my usual go to place is in a pricier neighborhood, but I feel like the sushi and rolls at Sushi Yu are well priced compared to the quality you of fish you get. The sushi was exceptionally fresh with clean, balanced flavors. Cuts were generous and the seasoning was on point. Service was attentive without being pushy, and the overall vibe felt modern and comfortable. A great spot for anyone who appreciates quality sushi.
Love this place. I had a botched take out order at kopan ramen so i came here and they saved the day! My order was made super quick staff was friendly. Gabriella at the front was brilliant!
