This place always messes up orders I ordered a 20 piece with 2 ranch and fries with extra seasoning and my fries had no seasoning on them at all! And there was 1 ranch cup I paid for 2 but I guess they are allowed to give you less food than you ordered

Its called fast food, and its literally just chicken and fries but don't expect them to make your order quickly. For some reason, they need 30+ for 1 bag of fries... Order in advance? You'll still be waiting that long. And all that waiting just so they can skimp you on fries and no seasoning.

Terrible experience. I'm having to write this and fill it out because the district manager wouldn't even speak with me. I asked if he could call the store or call me and was told I had to jump thru hoops just to get acknowledged. Very unprofessional.

This place is closer to my house but I find myself going to the one on Main street because the customer service there is slightly better. The kids they hire here are rude, & have no customer service skills at all.
I usually order online and choose a bottle Coke, as I don't like fountain drinks. They told me I couldn't get the bottle because I chose the 20oz drink & when I pointed out that the bottle is 20 oz, they slammed it on the counter.
The last two times I went there, they refused to give me a bottle drink & said the orders come with fountain drinks only. But as you can see from the picture, I didn't select a fountain drink.

This wingstop must be rationing their seasonings or something. Every single time I order the hot honey rub here, they make them dry as hell. Every other wingstop in the area actually adds enough seasoning idk why this one is so consistently bad. Also, took a sip of my Coke and it's flat. Crazy to pay $20 for a messed up meal.

Worst wing stop ever I put in a order at 630 and it’s 835 pm still no order I’ve been calling the restaurant and they don’t pick up the phone I’ve been to this location once before and all the times they give are inaccurate and all the people are rude asf

Stop mixing two combos in one box!!!! You mix the dam sauces together! I can see if I ordered one and split, but I ordered two separate combos to avoid that , and you still do it.
I get atomic hot sauce and lemon pepper, my partner cannot handle the spice. How hard is that to understand?
