Very local and authentic. A little raw but charming. Needed explanations from staff who spoke pretty good English; good Spanish would be very useful here. A great place to explore Cali-Mex cuisine.
The food is fresh. The prices are good. The specials are even better. Street plenty of parking. Food is tasty. Near by freeways and good to take your family. I love the costillas de puerco en salsa verde. Pork ribs in salsa verde tomatillo.
We were happy to see Mota's open for breakfast on the 4th of July. The breakfast burritos we had were delicious and very filling. Service was very friendly & efficient. Highly recommended.
