Le Paris | Artisan & Gourmet Café is a great little place where everything looks delicious and made right in the kitchen. The pastries are good with a great variety. The breakfast buns were soft and flaky, and the good morning bun was perfect. The best croissants in town offer many options, with the ube croissant filled with ube cream and not too sweet. The almond croissant and egg-ham-cheese packets were incredible satisfying and delicious. The ham and cheese croissants needed more filling, barely having ham or cheese, and were too salty for some. A square of tiramisu cake and Tres Leches strawberry cake were amazingly soft and fresh, with the tres leches cake real moist without being wet and not too sweet. The tiramisu was yummy soft with a light coffee taste. A salmon egg sandwich with salad on the side was excellent, and the adobo pork sandwich hit so hard with a flaky croissant and tender slightly sweet pork. The ube matcha latte had strong matcha flavor sweetened with ube syrup. Everything is scratch made, fresh, and delicious. The spot has some seating, staff are super kind, and it is a perfect date spot.
