Past few months we order drive through and our order is always missing something. We were missing sauces and fries and now they can’t count cause caniac combo is 6 pieces of chicken not 4 pieces.

When my husband asked to be compensated for the missing pieces they gave him 2 caniacs for free to make up for the mistake of having to come back.

What a waste of time 3rd time in a month. They close the inside.force a extremely long drive thru..but with a large work vehicle you cant fit....5 people working outside in drive thru..but wont open the inside...ill never waste my time again..

Not sure what so the hype is about. Under seasoned, chewy, just gross. I made a complaint and after they “pulled video” and made me feel like a liar and a thief, they finally reimbursed me my money! Won’t go back for myself, only for my kids!

Good place for mouth-watering chicken fingers, however my palate prefers the more seasoned and crispy breading of Popeye's chicken.

Went through the drive through and only ordered 3 things but apparently that’s too much for these people to comprehend. Got home and didn’t receive one of the items and the other was messed up. Went back and spoke to the “manager” who could not have been more than 15 years old and showed him the receipt and said I didn’t get items. Mind you, about 30 minutes had passed and the place was busy. He told me he remembered my order and personally bagged it and said the items were in there. I said you’re lying and no they weren’t so don’t call me a liar. Trust me I’m not gonna spend the time to get free canes, especially after I already paid $40 for my order. He says ok I’ll remake the items and he disappears and never comes back to apologize or anything. Maybe being called out as a liar himself offended him. So when I get my food they didn’t even replace the original order as it was now cold at the house because I had to drive back. No apology and when I asked for managers name, they refused to give it. Guess that’s what happens when you promote children who have zero personal skills and only relate via technology. Needless to say I will not be going back there and hopefully they don’t mess your order up too because they will call you a liar and barely replace it. Corporate was closed so I’ll be calling them too. Not the way to run a business.

Nice experience while in Anaheim. Food came out quick and was hot. Loads of free parking.

Spent $14 for a 4 piece fingers, fries and a drink. Fine. California inflation at work. I get it. But I asked for 1 additional dipping sauce and they, Raising Cane's, has the audacity to want to charge me another .50 for it. Out of principle, I won't be back. I'll go to In n Out and get as many free condiments as I want.

The chicken is fresh and tasty.. the fries are hot.. my only complaint is the lack of variety in the sauces. I prefer ranch, not Cane's special sauce.

Had the box combo with my mom and the food came out so fast before I could sit down but I really liked the speed of service
