I didn't realize it when I initially choose this spot, but Abuelita's is one of several ghost kitchens operating under Anaheim Food Company, which I initially felt was an intriguing concept. The location is behind an industrial building and at night the walk from my car to inside felt a little less safe than I'd like due to the odd location and less than well lit parking lot, but the inside is well lit if spartan with nowhere to sit and wait for an order. It was cool , for a quick grab late at night but it's still Taco Stands for me!!!! Get me some Suadero!!!!
