I really enjoyed the pizza. Of a good Wood-Fired pizza. Best cooking process out there. The restaurant was clean. They were adequately staffed to handle orders quickly. This ingredients for the pizzas were fresh. I would have recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick grab.

Been to other Blaze Pizzas that were bigger, and busier. This was a nice small, easy going shop. Was really nice being open later as was in area for Disneyland. Pizza was good, a hair burnt but that can be the fire in the brick oven and normal. Not enough fuse over though. Good place overall.

Went here for Pie Day. No employee notified us that they are not participating for pie day. They said they had posted signs on the entrance about the issue, but clearly there was not. I ended up paying $41 for something that was no more than $15. There was no apology. There was no "let's make this right", and not even a sign on the entrance like they claimed. They didn't even give me a receipt. If they were not participating, they should have at least said something when we put in our order on the counter. Also, there were litter on the floor. The employee at the register was on his phone and took a while for us to pay. I would've just walked out but my wife just got off work and was hungry. I felt bad and didn't want to make her wait to go to another store so I just coughed up more money than I really had to. This was a very horrible experience. Check out the images I attached and let me know if anyone sees a sign regarding the matter on the photo. I do not recommend going here. I use to go here a lot since I lived close by. However, service has gone worse in the last year.

*Updated: we contacted customer service twice immediately via website one week ago and still haven't heard back. Poor suggestion by management as it didn't help anything.*We ordered for delivered very JUST down the street from the restaurant. The food is nothing like the pictures.Barely any cheese or topping. One star for meatballs being their best deal even at $9 for 3.For service, they completely missed the side salad for our meal and we couldn't even reach them to remedy the situation.Be careful, when you order through THEIR WEBSITE, they upcharge you ($2.50 extra for our "take two* items) and still charge a service upcharge in addition to delivery fee. I get for delivery, but what service extra? Forgetting our salad?Super disappointing and would have been better off spending our dinner at Disney or calamaca mexican restaurant.

Took 24 minutes before I ordered even with only 4 people in front of me.Dude was in such a careless mood he barely put any sauce on my pizza and threw the toppings on sloppy. This location is next to Disneyland so you think they'd do better.Not coming back here.

Laze Pizza instead of Blaze. Slow Fired. If it was slow instant replay the video would stop.57 minute wait from standing in line to receiving pizza. Overmatched is the word that comes to mind. ONLY go here if nobody's in line or it the last place with electricity within three blocks.Manager should be fired.

A solid pie.It's all fresh. Good under carriage.Nice thin crust.Little heavy on the sauce.Overall it's a 7.9

This is a normal blaze place, but the prices are way way higher here ($17 vs the more standard $13) than the otjrr 2 by my house. Tourist w a car would do better to drive 3 miles to the garden grove store. They aren't doing anything special here other than gouging visitors. I'm a blaze regular, so I walked in saw the price and out. Not going to hand my $$s to this location. Generally blaze is on the corporate bandwagon raising profits over value. I'll still eat there, but at $39 for 2 the last time I ate at the fountain valley location, no longer the frequent customer. Marri's or cortina also local are WAY WAY better for $45 for 2. (Cortina has a fantastic lunch special for $11 including salad and drink)

It is very unlike me to leave a review, but I am shocked at how terrible blaze's customer service has been. I visited almost 2 months ago now, on December 9, and purchased three pizzas. I was overcharged by nearly $60. I didn't realize how incorrectly I had been billed until I reviewed my credit card charge the next day. I wrote to Blaze immediately - but to no avail. I have been writing to them consistently, per their instructions for how to get in touch on their website. Occasionally, I will receive a generic response from a team member (from a no-reply email address), claiming that they're escalating it to the franchise location, but then I never hear back. I have to resubmit via the online contact form and start fresh. I've done this 5x now over the span of almost 2 months, and I have yet to be contacted directly with a resolution by either the Anaheim location or Blaze corporate.

Food, Service, and Atmosphere is good for being close to Disneyland. The reason for my 1 star is that this location does not do any redeeming of any coupons, deals, or rewards. You can only earn on your purchase. I have suggested for my colleagues to skip this Blaze location for that reason.
