You must stop here and try this creme brulee tart!!! It is so creamy and delicious! Bursting with flavor and the blueberries are incredible. 10/10 must try!!!!!
Orleans Café is one of those places that consistently delivers comfort food done right. Every visit reminds me why it’s a go-to spot when you’re craving something hearty and satisfying.
The braised beef short rib was the standout — incredibly tender, slow-cooked to perfection, and packed with rich, savory flavor that practically melts in your mouth. You can tell it’s made with care and patience. The Cajun chicken had just the right kick of spice without being overpowering, juicy on the inside with a nicely seasoned crust that keeps you going back for another bite.
And don’t sleep on the shrimp Alfredo — creamy, smooth sauce that coats the pasta perfectly, with plump, well-seasoned shrimp that taste fresh and flavorful. It’s indulgent in the best way.
Portions are generous, the food comes out hot and fresh, and the service is friendly and efficient. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing a quick bite, Orleans Café hits the mark every time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for solid comfort food with bold flavors done right.

Booked for 6pm for dinner and overall it was just ok and not worth it. The check in process is ridiculous having to wait in line to check in with the one person with the tablet while there's 4 other employees standing around staring. After that's done you have to wait for the text then wait in line again to let that one employee know you got the text 😐
Once inside service was really good and fairly quick. We had the Cajun chicken and the turkey and ham Monte Cristo. The chicken was actually pretty bland and not very moist. Wouldn't recommend especially for $29! The sandwich was actually quite good and the aioli that comes with it super good but not enough to ever recommend the higher cost of eating here.

Nice place to have a more formal sit down meal without being too expensive. The food is good and the servers are very nice

Three out of four of us had good meals. Loved the Monte Cristo! We still had to wait, even with a reservation, but it was all good. They have everything staggered for a reason. I loved my julep! It was nice sitting outside, and we had a relaxing time. My son didn't care too much for the gumbo. My daughter & I loved the Monte Cristos, and my nephew devoured his chicken meal 😋

Wife, Kids, and I were sick all night after eating there. Major food poisoning.
The food was either bland or had a funky taste; There was too much bread and batter on the Monte Cristo sandwiches. The shrimp and short ribs were overcooked and old. The deserts were gross. None of the food was satisfying. There were also multiple waiters, who brought our group the wrong orders, 3 times.
As far as price goes, for just my family, we were charged over $200, with $50 gratuity also added on, automatically. The receipt even had an additional place to leave another tip. For which server? I don’t know, because I counted four, who all did not get the order right multiple times.
All in all, it was extremely overpriced for food and service that McDonald’s could outdo.
Worst choice to eat there.

Surprisingly good food, especially the short ribs, and great service.
But it's small and crowded and the menu is limited.
As far as we can tell, it's the only place in the park to get a mint julep with bourbon. It's good, but less syrupy (hence less sweet) than those served during the Kentucky Derby.

One of my favorite places to eat when visiting Disneyland. I recommend making reservations as soon as you get in the park, through the Disneyland app.

HELPFUL info towards the bottom: great place to eat at!! We got the Braised Beef Short Rib and Battered & Fried Monte Cristo Sandwich. Both very delicious and filling. You didn’t even need a knife to cut the short rib and both had great flavor. One think to keep in mind is if you have a bigger group and want to split up the check. We were told they can only split the check into two groups. Also another good thing to know is Mint Julep (it’s like a slight mint flavor lemonade) has unlimited refills.

Horrible experience. Decent food aside form short rib which was mostly fat. Couldn’t even pull out pieces of meat. When mentioning to the server, she quickly removed the plate from the table. I thought she said “I’ll remove this for you” meaning from the bill, but instead she just meant physically removing the plate. I had barely eaten any of it. When letting her know that, she got her manager quickly Who was actually the problem. The manager was incredibly rude and condescending to me, and when I mention that I wasn’t really checked on by the server, her snarky comment was that she would make sure that the server was written up and disciplined for her actions obviously trying to gaslight me and make me feel bad about it. Frankly, this was not the Server’s fault, it was simply a bad piece of meat that turned into an incredibly dramatic response from someone who clearly should not be a manager in customer service. So if you go and have a problem, hopefully you don’t have to deal with that same lead As she will just have an incredibly unprofessional attitude.

Ensure that you make reservations to avoid wait time. Food is tasty. Highly recommend the short rib. The only inconvenient thing is the restaurant doesn’t provide napkins.
