I’ve eaten here a few times on my Disney trips. I usually get the Monte Cristo sandwich because it’s so yummy! So I can’t say much about other items. Big enough to share. The fries are delicious and beignets are always a treat!Service is good. There’s a few gluten free options my sister likes, you can get the monte cristo sandwich gluten free but they need 24 hours in advance so if you get a reservation make sure to let them know if you’re wanting this dish.

Caution, if you have food allergies, or an autoimmune disease like I do, I would not eat at this restaurant. The staff makes you feel like you are very much unwelcome and that you should not return. Nicolette makes it clear that even if the only thing you can eat is on the kids menu, they would rather have you not eat at all than eat, because that is their policy. Then they have the chef come out and talk to you and after you go over your 200 food restrictions she says she will make an exception this one time, but never again, like don't come back. Don't worry I won't after how you'all made me feel. As if it's not hard enough to travel with Interstistial Cystitis now I have to deal with unhelpful people and at Disneyland no less. Well I have been in a flare on the couch not able to move much ever since I got back. I think that was my last trip to Disneyland or anywhere else for that matter. Easier not to have to deal with unhelpful people. Just hope they don't ever have to live in a bubble like I do. Healthy eight months ago and then uncurable the next. Maybe just be kind to people!

Fantastic… to me it’s one of the best options to eat at in Disneyland. You get the ambiance of New Orleans Square and awesome food. Monte Cristo always worth a splurge to your diet. Anything on the menu is tasty.

Great sit down restaurant. We got seated in minutes from our reservation time. Portions are big enough to share. We ordered gumbo, Monte Cristo sandwich, Caesar Salad and macaroons to share and it was plenty filling.

My wife and I visited Cafe Orleans during Disney's Sweetheart's Nite on Valentine's Day for a special dinner, and unfortunately, our experience fell short of our expectations. The pre fixed meal offered an array of dishes, but the execution left much to be desired. We started with the Onion Soup Gratinee, which was overly salty, setting a disappointing tone for the rest of the meal. The Garden Lasagna lacked appeal and the Herbed Prawn Aglio e Olio was disappointingly oily. Although the Creme Brûlée was passable, the Chocolate Tart was just average and failed to impress. To accompany our meal, my wife ordered the Sweetheart Love Potion, but we found that it contained more ice than actual alcohol, leaving us disappointed with the drink selection as well.Overall, the dinner experience at Cafe Orleans was underwhelming and did not live up to the romantic Valentine's Day ambiance we were hoping for. We left feeling dissatisfied with the quality of the food and drinks offered. While we appreciate the effort put into the event, we hope that Cafe Orleans takes this feedback constructively to improve their offerings and provide a more enjoyable dining experience for future guests.

The food is great but the service was terrible. These places are treating customers more and more like conveyer belts. Get you in and get you out. At least the hostess tried to talk to us!

We split the Monte Cristo and it was the best meal I've ever had in any theme park! The fries were super good as well!

Started with the gumbo and really enjoyed it! Shared the Monte Cristo Sandwich and was good with the raspberry jam to do it in. Kids really enjoyed the shrimp and everyone liked the fries!! Mint Julep was and awesome addition to the meal and was great to sip on after walking in the heat all day!

Honestly really good food.. and I typically avoid having amusement park food like the plague. But the monte cristo and fries were some of the best I’ve ever had.Amazing service- the waiter helped a lost kid find his parents (stupid parents letting a 5 year old wander around on his own btw).

Top notch all around. Got the Beef Bourguignon and it melted in my mouth. The food was amazingly good. Wife got the Monte Cristo and it was delicious. The food was just out of this world. The Turtle Cheesecake was amazing.

This was the only place that had reservations left a month before our visit. We ordered the chicken gumbo, beef bourguignon and creme brulee. We never tried gumbo before but didn't expect it to be this spicy so we couldn't finish it. The beef was pricey but very good. The beef was super tender and paired well with the sauce it came with. The accompanying mashed potatoes and carrots were pretty nice too.We could've gotten another serving of creme brulee. I loved being able to see that the small specks of vanilla bean in the dessert. It was fun cracking the top too.We had mentioned in our reservation that we were celebrating my brother's birthday and the waitress surprised us with a plate of whipped cream in the shape of Mickey with a candle which was so nice! I guess so many people visit Disney to celebrate something that the staff just ignore the notes for the most part, so I was taken by surprise when the waitress asked whose birthday it was while taking our order. They have both outdoor and indoor seating. I would choose indoor seating during cooler months as sitting outside caused our food to get cold quickly.

With a reservation was waited over 20 min to be seated. Monte Cristo was just alright, nothing like Blue Bayou. The salad was just lettuce with very little to no dressing. Kid’s Mac & Cheese with fries and fruit looked like the best option. Mint Julep was over $6 but it comes with refills and you can get a cup to go.

I was so excited to try the famous monte cristo sandwich, but I was disappointed. We started off with Gumbo as our starters and it was really good, flavorful with a decent amount of spice. Based on that, we were excited about what was to come, but the mains did not measure up. We ordered Battered & Fried Monte Cristo Sandwich and Beef Bourguignon as our entrees. I was so disappointed with the sandwich as all I could taste was oil. No other flavor profile was coming through. I know people raved about it and still do, so maybe it was just the preparation on that particular day. The beef bourguignon had good flavor, but some of the beef felt a little gelatinous in the mouth. For desserts we had Crème Brûlée Tart, at the table, and Assortment of Macarons, to go. Nothing exciting here. I didn't enjoy the tart shell.Overall, I think it's one and done for me, unless we're with a group and the majority wants to go there.

Omg the beef bourguignon was amazing. So soft and tasty. Will definitely go back. Sorry didn't think of taking a picture until we had already dug in.
