I must give a complaint against Daniella. We had to repeat our order to her 7 (seven) times. She kept repeating it back, but it was always wrong. It seemed that with her, the lights were on, but no one was home. On top of that, the final order came out wrong. We said "no drink" 7 times. But she still charged us for a drink and had to give us a refund. Compared to my recent experiences at Carl's Jr. (which is usually exemplary), this time, it was aggravating. At this place, be sure to read your receipt carefully and check your order for accuracy before leaving this store. The food was good, though.
