Best Lamb Pilaf I ever had in the states, the lamb is definitely worth the price!I have eaten the most delicious Xinjiang hand-cooked rice in the United States. I have only eaten this quality in Xinjiang in China. The meat is enough to fill the stomach, and the lamb is cooked just right. It is not smelly at all. I can only say that this New Zealand lamb has something to say. Yes, the store manager is very hospitable!
We got the lamb shank and ribs combo and it was super tender and the rice was very flavorful! It’s always hard to find good lamb shank. The dish also came with some side veggies and a soup. The owner is super nice and made sure that the food is in great quality and really cares about the feedback from customers. It was so good that we even got an order to go right afterwards! Highly recommend coming here, they are in soft opening right now.
