The meatball sandwich w fried peppers n onions is the best on the face of the earth! The cheesesteak ? Fantastic except one thing. It is really, really greasy. It just soaks thru the roll. We’ve had to sop up the grease with napkins. All four times we’ve had it.
Food was terrific. Just need to tweak new online website. Could not order cheese pizza only. But fortunately your excellent employees made sure my two orders were ready at the same time
Customer service was horrible. I stood in line at the pickup, and the workers stood around talking and didnt even address me and the guy in front. His order was sitting there for 30 mins, and he had to keep asking if it was ready. I waited, and when a cop came up behind me, one girl helped him but overlooked me, when she knew i had been standing there for at least 15 mins. So I said what about me, aren't you gona help me! She then said whats my order, and I saw her pull...
