Placed two orders for Fresh Well Done Carne Asada Fries, two hot coffees and a medium drink. Received two REHEATED, hard fries. My elderly mother then went to ask that it be corrected and receiveda bad attitude and arguing from an employee named Gustavo. I then got up from my seat and asked to speak with him and got his named and asked for the manager whom I verbally complained with.
