The Pollo loco app is very easy to use and is generous with rewards... This Pollo loco always has the order ready when I order a head... They are always nice and make sure I have The extra salsa I need and are very friendly... Now that we're after April of course the price is went way up... It's actually pretty ridiculous... The price of what I normally got went up $3 overnight... That's a lot... I enjoy the food but not sure if I can afford to continue eating here

Really bad attitudes from the customer service, running the register and her coworkers, working very slow it took them more than 20 minutes to make Pork tacos. The rolling of the eyes, and the eyelashes that went along with it straight to her brain, and she couldn’t think hard enough to do her job, right. Do yourself a favor and go to a Pollo Loco!Manager needed!! Someone needs to teach these young girls that it’s called fast food not slow, food or social time

I’ve never been so grossed out in my life! Got a shredded chicken and cheese pollo bowl and found 3 disgustingly long pieces of hair in my food!! Definitely will never go back to this location! Worst pollo loco and nastiest ever!!!

I have been going to eat there for decades and just found out they're getting rid of their "tortilla rolls". It was never on the menu but it should have been it's a popular item I can't believe they're getting rid of it. Don't get rid of it.. keep it!

Prices are a lot higher here than at other Pollo Locos in the area... Not sure why... Food doesn't taste any better or worse... The location is quite crowded considering that and most of the people are low income it seems... Oh well... As I said, food is decent and I haven't had any problems with any of the employees.. been coming here off and on for the last four or five years

Make sure to double check your order- I preferred the double chicken tostada salad & then when I got back to work the tostada is missing.
