Prices are a lot higher here than at other Pollo Locos in the area... Not sure why... Food doesn't taste any better or worse... The location is quite crowded considering that and most of the people are low income it seems... Oh well... As I said, food is decent and I haven't had any problems with any of the employees.. been coming here off and on for the last four or five years
I eat El Pollo Loco at least 4 times a week, and I gotta say this is by far the fanciest El Pollo Loco I've ever been to. It doesn't look like other nearby locations. I was headed to a party 5 minutes from there and ordered the family meal with an added 8 pieces of chicken. Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was attentive, and as I said, the inside is fancy. It's almost like you're sitting in a baby El Torito, haha. Overall, it was a good experience with no complaints.

I have been going to eat there for decades and just found out they're getting rid of their "tortilla rolls". It was never on the menu but it should have been it's a popular item I can't believe they're getting rid of it. Don't get rid of it.. keep it!
