Im disappointed in this company. There's nothing on the menu that's actually affordable, over 10 dollars for their basic tostado, don't know why they mislabeled that item as having chicken, more like 2pc of a square piece of meat. The rest is just sour cream, sauces, beans and mostly stale lettuce. I guess when people don't care about quality and will settle for low standards because they are in a hurry. I know this may be hard to believe, but I think this was my first trip ever to a pollo loco. I bought the taco salad in the tortilla bowl and paid for double the meat. Presentation wise, everything looked pretty good. The salad was actually flavorful and there was as sufficient dressing. So why the 3 star rating you ask? 2 reasons- 1. My 3 star rating means average, not bad, but not great. And 2. For a place that has chicken in the name, I was disappointed in the quality...

This place is amazing. I have been coming here for many years and the food is always on point. I recommend using the drive thru though, it’s a lot faster. Once I got my food it tasted delicious and the customer service is amazing.
